• I can and will refuse any commission that don’t fit my principle or if you’re being disrespectfull towards me or my art
• Ko-fi commissions and request have their own ToS
• If you commission me, i assume you’ve carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.

• Payment is due in full upfront, through Paypal only.

• There will be additional fees if you ask me to work on a tight deadline, if you have no proper refs or if you require excessive or major revisions, depending on the complexity of the commission.

• Read the ToS

• Be clear about what you need and wants

• Give me clear references of what you want (moodboards and sketches are welcome)

• Be nice

• Be reactive when i'm sending you WIPs (i'm seeking feedback)

• Takes responsibility for any important information and clear description/reference that you do not provide to me that results in my inability to complete your order to your satisfaction.

• Negotiations are possible, but please don't take advantage of my kindness.

• If there is a deadline, it must be communicated before commissioning.
• I work in 4 stages: sketch, lineart, flat colors and rendering.

• I send you WIPs for each step for approval.

• During the “sketch” stage, you are allowed 1 major revision and 5 minor revisions.

• During the other stages, you are allowed some additional minor revisions.

• Once a step is validated, I do not go back for free.

• If I made a mistake, the resulting revisions will be free.
• When I'm done, I'll send you a version via DM, and access to my cloud so you can download the HD version and variations if there are any.

• I —Dara La Malice— retain the intellectual rights to all the works that I produce.

• The cost of commercial rights for my works is set at 5x the price for small and medium-sized businesses, and 10x for large companies.

• I reserve the right to post my work on my networks, my site, etc.

• All characters depicted in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their legal owners.

• If you repost or share commissioned work, you must tag/link me on the main post.

• Crediting me is still required even if you have purchased the commercial rights.

What you can do with your commission:

• Print it for your personal use

• crop it for an avatar, a banner, a video thumbnail,...

• Post it on your social media with credit

What you can't:

• Use it for anything related to NFTs or AI

• Alter my work in any way (draw over it, trace, color the lineart, remove my signature, etc.)

• Pretend it’s your art

• Make money directly (merch, prints, etc.) or indirectly (advertising, etc.) without having purchased the commercial rights.

• You can cancel your commission at any time, I will refund you the price minus the equivalent of the work I have already done on it.

• Which means no refund once the commission is completed.

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission.

After final approval, I will send you:

• A light version of your commission to post on the networks

• A link to my cloud, where you can download your commission in full resolution, as well as its variants if there are any
